Mundo Bicycle Limited Warranty

The Mundo frame including carrier and lateral loading platforms are warranted against breakage for two years from date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
-This warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, overloading, misuse, abuse, or anything else beyond Yuba’s direct control.
-A partial list of preventable damage not covered by this warranty: rusting of the Mundo frame; bending of the Mundo's stays by overloading behind the dropouts; failure of the Mundo's rear wheel; bending of the carrier or the loading platforms. Yuba will be the sole arbiter of whether or not damage is due to defects in materials and workmanship.
-This warranty applies only to the original owner and is nontransferable.
-Prior to servicing a warranty customer, you must request authorization for return, repair or replacement from Yuba or your regional distributor.
