PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to initiate an order, and the remaining balance is due prior to
shipping (cash, check, most credit cards, bank transfer). Billing for the second half is done far
enough in advance of the expected shipping date that a check can be mailed and cleared; credit
cards also may be billed several weeks before shipping.

CANCELLED ORDERS: An order for a complete bike which is cancelled after initial payment and
before shipping is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Goods cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded once shipped (this is due to very high cost of shipping of the bikes). 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS: Easy by Visa or Mastercard or Bank transfer all charge at the buyer's expense.

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: Visa, MasterCard.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Bicycles can be picked up at the shop or can be shipped to you.
Prices do not include freight. Freight charges vary by distance to be shipped. Freight costs fluctuate
weekly, especially during times of fuel price volatility; unless we have quoted you a firm price, actual
shipping charges by the time of shipment may change from our original estimates.
* Bikes are shipped in cardboard boxes via FED-EX, UPS or truck freight.
* If a bicycle is picked up at the shop, it can be fully ready-to-ride with all options installed, tuned and
tested.
* Customer is responsible for checking the content of the shipped goods upon reception. The buyer
is responsible for filling shipping claims with carrier. Yuba Bicycles CANNOT accept responsibility for damage during shipping.

BACK-ORDERS: If the bikes are not in stock we take orders with a 20% non-refundable deposit.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES: Call for a quote. Shipping prices vary depending on the location.

DELIVERY TIME: Delivery time varies by model and season, and changes from week to week. If an
item is backordered you need to count at least 8 weeks for delivery.

SIZE: All models come in one single standard size. The Standard size will fit persons from
approximately 5'0" (1.52m) to 6'4" (1.95m). Note that the bicyles models might not be appropriate for
persons at the short or tall end of the height spectrum; check to make sure that the model you are
considering will fit you. Please let us know about any physical restrictions or special needs you may
have.

ASSEMBLY: A basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics and a good bicycle mechanic's toolkit are
needed to assemble a bike. Mundo v1, v2s require complete assembly. The Mundo v3s shipped 85% assembled . In any case Yuba Bicycles declines any responsibility for improper assembly of the Mundo bicycles. We strongly recommend to have your Mundo bicycles assembled by a professional bicycle dealer/ mechanic.

TO CANADA: Shipment can be shipped to Canada using FED-EX or UPS, this is convenient, but it
adds $25 – $60 Canadian to the shipping charge. The bicycle should go right through customs; the
carrier will call you to make sure you want them to process the shipment through customs, pay the
taxes/duties, and attach a brokerage COD tag to your shipment that you will have to pay on delivery.
Alternatively, you can designate your own broker; this may cause some delay.

WARRANTY: The Mundo frame including carrier and lateral loading platforms are warranted against
breakage for two years from date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
-This warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, overloading, misuse, abuse, or anything else beyond Yuba’s direct control.
-A partial list of preventable damage not covered by this warranty: rusting of the Mundo frame;
bending of the Mundo's stays by overloading behind the dropouts; failure of the Mundo's rear wheel;
bending of the carrier or the loading platforms. Yuba will be the sole arbiter of whether or not damage
is due to defects in materials and workmanship.
-This warranty applies only to the original owner and is nontransferable.
-Prior to servicing a warranty customer, you must request authorization for return, repair or
replacement from Yuba or your regional distributor.

replacement from Yuba Bicycles LLC. The end-use customer is responsible for delivering or shipping the
bicycle, frame or cycle parts to our shop facility for assessment and repair.
If a derailleur, shifter, brake, brake lever, wheel or other standard bike part fails in use, repair or
replace it at your local bike shop.
If you have a problem with your bicycle, contact us. We will not pay for any repairs or changes made
without our prior authorization, even those determined by the customer or the customer's mechanic
to result from manufacturing defect.

DISCLAIMER: By purchasing a bicycle from Yuba Bicycles LLC, you are agreeing to take full
responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those who ride this bicycle. This responsibility
requires that you tune up your brakes as needed and inspect the seat, tires, frame and other
components each time the bicycle is ridden. It is your responsibility to recognize the limits of your
machine and ride within those limits, especially when carrying cargo. Yuba Bicycles LLC is not
responsible for any accidents, even those attributable to bicycle design or mechanical failure of the
bicycle. Do not purchase a bicycle from us unless you accept full responsibility for yourself and
anyone else who rides it.

SAFETY NOTE: Most bicyclist fatalities are from car/bike collisions and are often caused by a lack of
educated and defensive bicycling techniques.
